“First delivery some parts didn’t look new. Second delivery there was slight damage. Back plastic cover for the frame not fitting in. Good thing they are sending technician to sort things. Seat looks very comfy.”

Maybe just some more clear instructions need to be provided as I installed one of the parts upside down by mistake and it cannot be removed once in place.”
