“The chair is very comfortable and provides good support . I am surprised however that I can’t seem to adjust the height beyond a certain point. Fine for me as I am tall but not great for anyone under 1.7m. On closer inspection there does seem to be some damage to the plastic sleeve. An assembly fault perhaps?”
