“The item itself is okay but the service was very poor. The assembly instructions were not clear and did not mention that a drill was required to complete the assembly. There were no markings or pilot holes for drilling. The worst part is that some parts were missing, a cam bolt and some screws. Instructions specified 3 types of screws but only one type was provided and that too is not the number required. Had to go to the hardware store to get the required screws to complete the job. Not happy!”
