“Got a sternum piece done with Hush numbing gel and I barely felt a thing for 2 solid hours. I put a THICK layer on and plastic wrapped an hour and a half before my appointment to let it really work its magic before tattooing started. After about 5 mins I felt a tingling sensation begin in the areas I applied and that kind of let me know it was working.
I disliked the menthol smell as it kind of reminded me of cigarettes and I don't smoke them so that was pretty unpleasant, but tolerable and didnt affect how the gel performed which is definitely the most important part.”
