“I purchased a large batch after using this previously! 10/10 would recommend! I got my thigh tattooed and I legit didn’t feel 80% of the tattoo process. Just pressure and slight irritation! My tattoo healed beautifully! And I was able to sit like a rock!
recommendations on how to use:
Do this 1-2hrs prior to tattoo
I washed the skin in WARM water not hot
Dry the skin
The glob the gel on, DO NOT rub it in!
Create a layer
Then cover in plastic wrap to create occlusive bandage
Run don’t walk to purchase this item!”
“Mild numbing definitely helped but definitely on the weaker side for numbing creames how ever skin was 100% unaffected unlike stronger numbing creames tend to cause, would recommend”
“Oh it worked! Slathered it on real thick 2 hours before appointment. When the tattooing began, I could literally feel nothing. 30 minutes in I did start to feel the needles a bit, maybe it was wearing off or maybe unevenly applied (difficult to keep it in place on my abdomen as I navigated the world). Regardless this gel did its job. 5 stars.”
“Omg I wish I had discovered this sooner. Did a 6 hour session, I applied one hour before my appointment and covered with plastic wrap. Pain was basically 0 for the whole session and I got on a plane right afterwards and didnt get sore until the next day. Now that I know it works, I’m ready to get more tattoos soon!”
“While the numbing gel definitely works, and really helps take the edge off the more painful areas, my tattoo artist said the gel "hardens the skin." He didn't tell me to stop using it, but it apparently changes the feel of the skin for the artist. Or maybe we didn't wipe it off well enough before tattooing? My wife used the numbing gel and her artist (different from mine) told her it made her skin very sticky. Again, this product works VERY well to alleviate pain. I guess just inform your artist that you're using it and make sure they give your skin an adequate rub down before they start tattooing.”
