“Used on my recent arm piece. Applied an hour before. Barely felt a thing for the first hour -hour and a half of work. Used spray during, can’t really say if I noticed that helping any. Would definitely buy again! Wish the gel came in a tube though to squeeze every last drop out. The bottle was a lil difficult so to the thick consistency. Highly recommend either way though.”
