It was ok it worked for the outline work but the rest was pretty painful… honestly I think bactine worked better through out the tattoo to take the edge off a bit

Been getting tattooed for decades and Just used this in a second session on my back. I thought it was great for taking the edge off! Keep skin covered in plastic wrap until right before your artist is ready to work there and it lasted for several hours.

Had my knee cap and knee ditch done recently. This gel was a lifesaver. My artist also loved how well I was able to sit through the 5 hour session. Worth every penny and will use it for any future tattoos!

Overall, I do think this helped ease the pain of my tattoo. Definitely was not 100% numb - but this is my first time using it and I may have needed to use more. I also had a very painful spot tattooed (shin). I put it on 1.5 hours before my tattoo and wrapped in cling wrap. I’ll try more product next time and come back to update my review if need be.

I have used this before. Lay it on thick, wrap it in plastic wrap and an hour later, you can’t even feel the work being done. Lasts about 4 hours for me too! Way more comfortable than getting a tattoo without!

2 sessions of 8 hours each. Barely felt a thing. No discomfort at all. I bought 2 more bottle for upcoming tattoos.

A person must follow your instructions to the letter. If a person does, the product works extremely well. I could barely feel the needle of the tattoo artist. I highly recommend it. John Dean Hill
