“I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the 2oz bottle of Hush Gel and Spray (only took 4 days to deliver; I live in OH). I had an appointment to get a large 9"x5" tattoo that would end up touching my thigh/hips/a$$/ and ribs. I followed the directions on the bottle and put a thick coat of the gel all over the place I was getting the tattoo, then immediately wrapped it in plastic wrap. I ended up leaving it on for about an hour and twenty minutes until the the artist actually started. I asked my artist to let me know when he was getting ready to start so I could watch and not be surprised when the needles hit my skin. He laughed at me and told me he had already started. I seriously couldn't feel a thing other than the movement from the gun, just the vibration from it. The gel lasted completely for 2 hours. I only felt about a half hour of the tattoo, and even then it was just an annoyance and not the normal tattoo pain. I didn't end up using the spray, so I'm looking forward to seeing how that works some time. I was so skeptical when I bought this stuff, but I'll never get another tattoo without it. I highly recommend the Gel for anyone who's going to be sitting for a couple of hours. If you're not getting a large tattoo (even I still have some left over), you'll have extra gel for future tattoos. Definitely worth It!”
