“I purchased this as a fun gift for me and my bf to play with. After charging the device we got it to connect to the app once ( when the app was available in February 2021) after a minute the device then disconnected from the app and it took too long to trouble shoot so we ended up not using it. Fast forward a month, the device is fully charged and we're ready to try it again, same thing occurs, it connected to the app briefly and disconnected again. We uninstalled the app to try and reinstall it to see if that was the problem; however, we are now unable to find the app. It's not in the app store & when you go to the we-vibe website, the link to the app is unavailable/broken. I messaged customer service about the problem and they basically gave me a "sorry you're experiencing this, maybe you're doing it wrong." reply . Just totally unhelpful. If I knew the device was like this I would've tried to return it sooner, but since we left it sitting for a month it's past the return date. I do not recommend this product. It totally ruined the moment & was a complete waste of money. Customer isn't great either. One star.”
