“24K is the best by far. I have used this product for at least 3 years. If you get a stuffy nose, you have not drank enough water. If you get a headache it is from something else...you don't get a headache from 24K. Remember to drink lots of water. And it really does last a week!
One more thing. If you don't really need these type of supplements...don't take them. What happens is you get it in your head that you can't get it up or as big without a pill. After awhile you start to depend on them. And without one sometimes it does not work without one. It's a weird place to be in. Don't take them if you don't need them.
