“Never used supplement pills and was skeptical but thought I would give it a shot. Do as the instructions say. I drank two bottles of water when I took the pill, 1/2 with the pill and a bottle and 1/2 within thirty minutes of taking the pill giving it time to kick in. I did wake up with a headache the next morning and some overall muscle tightness like I exercised the night before but more water even drank some gatorade and a couple of ibuprofen and I was good. The great news is I was hard and our sex was intense the night before, extremely pleasurable. I was very hard and seemed more girth I guess to the increased blood flow. The next morning even though I had a slight headache still banged one out and we started our day happy. This stayed in my body for almost 4 days and just breathing on it I was ready.
