“I received my ordered and I opened the package to make sure it was working and the wireless remote does not work. I have emailed twice and called once. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to be sent one that works. They neglected to respond. I'm going to assume it's bc their return policy says that it has to be unopened but seriously? It's unused bc the remote doesn't work. Will be switching to a new site”
