“This product was great, until it stopped working after 2 months. I contacted customer service and am waiting for a reply. I should’ve taken the other reviews on other sites seriously. How can you guys sell products that cost this much and only last a short time? I’m really hoping I hear back from customer service because this is extremely frustrating. There’s no reason it should’ve stopped working after 2 months and only a few uses.”
