“The one star rating is due to a thin line r from modelling of the product that ran from the tip down the middle of the head and shaft which basically can cause paper cuts so unfortunately the product want usable. I did contact Hustler via email more than a couple times regarding a possible return or even exchange but they never responded. Terrible business practices so I switched to a different company who provided the same product which worked out great. Hopefully going forward Hustler Hollywood will take better care of their customers after they take their money”
