A sound design, it works well. The problems I encountered are due to spray technology itself, not this equipment. There is inevitably overspray at the end of a spray path, so some form of masking can be essential. Also, cleaning up the sprayer is messy and tedious, and although the design minimises these, it is inevitably time consuming. So it is not practical for smallish jobs, as the cleaning time can be much greater than the actual spraying time.

I am absolutely delighted with it and my high pressure sprayer has been passed on to somebody else because I shall not be using it any more. It is easy to use and I can spray with much greater accuracy and paint control than I ever could with the HP system. It covers a large area very quickly or can be used to cover a small area without covering everything around it in paint. It is a great tool, ideal for the amateur paint sprayer. My only two concerns are, one, I wish I could fit it with a gravity cup for working in tight places and second, the noise of the turbine forces me to wear ear defenders.

I bought this machine based upon advice from a product specialist at Earlex. I had a 50 metre plus metal railinged fence to paint with loads of detail and tight curves on every section. The finishing coats were solvent based gloss. The spray gun took the paint with a little solvent diluting, and the machine dealt brilliantly with 2 days continual use, easily saving me another 3 days of brush / roller painting. An impressive portable model at a very reasonable price. Garry Kness, http://www.promurals.co.uk.

We were really surprised at how smooth and professional the look of the paint when dry from the Spraystation. We have used it a few weekends for spraying small pieces of pine furniture and so far we have had no problems at all. Found it very easy to use and clean. One small thing, we didnt recieve the paint stirer that was in the instruction maual, which we would have found very useful.
