I really love using these before bed because of the low melatonin content. It's non addictive and leverages other botanicals to help foster that lulling effect.

I have been taking this every night for about a year and my sleep is much improved! Also know that I'm getting central minerals like magnesium, I also like the fact that the melatonin is in a low dose but sufficient to help with sleep.

I was already taking melatonin. For those exploring the various aspects of the Covid, not only is good sleep important, but there may be evidence that melatonin has a protective effect. Not sure am noticing other benefits, as i'm one of those who never has trouble sleeping.

Over the past few years I've have a real battle with insomnia, not just trouble falling asleep but also staying asleep and falling back to sleep after waking some time during the night. Over the past 3 weeks of taking Yawn, I've gotten the best sleep I've had in years. If you're having trouble sleeping, I can't recommend trying this enough. I'm now going to sign up for a monthly sub.
