Already a huge fan of the product RISE by HVMN, at times I have difficulty sleeping and would prefer not to take over the counter medication. I tried melatonin for a while but the dosage was too big and I found myself groggy every morning. Along comes YAWN by HVMN and not only does it help you sleep, the morning grogginess from other sleep medications is gone. I wake up refreshed and ready to go!! No haziness, no cloudiness just a clear mind ready to start the day!!

I've used plenty of strong sleeping pills in my time, with travel and stress etc. I've been using Yawn when I'm worried that I won't sleep or if its important to get some decent quality rest. I break open the capsule and pour the powder out under my tongue (which they suggest on their webpage). It acts quicker this way I find. It tastes kind of lemony which I like. If I then get into bed I'm usually drifting off within 30-45 mins- even when I've been nervous or stressed it works well for me- but it isn't like being knocked out. I can't usually sleep on planes but with Yawn I can get some rest which is great. The absolute best thing is I always wake up fine (no worries about sleeping through an alarm) and when I wake up I don't feel groggy which is a big complaint with other sleep aids that go big on melatonin. All the ingredients are pretty natural and I like the fact that the melatonin dose is on the low side so I can use it a few days in a row without worrying about rebound or dependancy. I'd recommend trying Yawn

I take Yawn almost every day b/c I keep waking up so refreshed! Love the recent update that increased it to 30 pills.

Yawn is the perfect blend - a lower dose of melatonin, so you don't wake up in a groggy daze, plus magnesium. Saves me from reaching for an Advil PM on the nights I need a little help shutting down.

I can't rave enough about this natural sleeping product. Magnesium and glycine are two amazing sleep health ingredients I've never been able to find together in a supplement, and the perfect amount of melatonin is here too. it's a calm sleep - not a "knock you out" kind of sleep

Big fan of this product. Take it 3-4x a a night when I especially need to get good sleep, for example, when I need to get up early for a 6am meeting. I find Yawn helps me fall asleep faster and leaves me feeling great the morning after.
