My review title pretty much summarizes my experience. After a couple of uses, I have a few general impressions: The YAWN product does indeed seem to help me to fall asleep faster and pleasantly. Sleep is sound and satisfying. No dragginess or hungover drugged feeling upon awakening. I just felt rested, with no problem getting up and gaining functional alertness. This product does not seem to extend the sleep period. With each use I was awakening and ready to get out of bed actually earlier than usual. My impression is that this is not a strong sleep-aid, but rather a gentle and more natural approach which will help a bit with initially dropping off to sound sleep. I'll add . . . . I read a couple of other reviews on this, and one complained of the physically large size of the capsule. Although I personally had no trouble swallowing it, I tested the manufacturers claim that it doesn't taste bad, and that the capsule contents can be poured directly on the tongue. True. It tastes fine. Not unpleasant, nor very sweet, but in no way a bad taste. UPDATE: After using a couple of more times, I've upgraded my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. This product does just what I've described above. It DEFINITELY makes me want to go to sleep. And then . . . no aftereffects of drugged feeling, oversleeping, or dragginess upon awakening. Not cheap, but really an ideal sleep aid for those who need some help dropping off, but also want quick get up and go in the morning.

Most nights this puts me right to sleep. Seems to be faster acting then most Melatonin I have taken.

I take one every evening to sleep through the whole evening. Way better than calcium or other things I've tried.

Yawn is hands down my favorite sleep aid supplement. The perfect way to end a long hard day, and to maximize what you get from your sleep. It makes falling asleep a lot more pleasant and the wake up the following morning almost, energized? I'm usually a very light sleeper. I'll wake up for anything little thing really. But with yawn my sleep is uninterrupted and I think that contributes to that initial energy boost I feel when I wake up. Highly would recommend to anybody who has been trying sleep aid supplements for awhile. This is one to jot down for sure.

Yawn helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. As an extra bonus, when I wake-up I feel refreshed, unlike the feeling I used to get from Ambien.

This is not your average sleeping pill. If you're not already familiar with sleep aids that aren't drugs, you won't really 'get' these. They don't knock you out like a sleeping pill. They fill your body's natural needs to help you have better sleep. I'm a regular user of melatonin and magnesium for sleep aids, and the added benefits of L-Theanine and Glycine really helped me doze without any groggy feeling in the morning. There are probably much more cost effective ways to get all 4 of these ingredients to help you sleep, but I love this packaging, and product name. If you need an everyday sleeping pill, these probably aren't for you. If you're a busy exec with a hectic life and occasionally need a little help getting a good night's sleep, these will do the trick. Yes, $1.50 for a good night's sleep is definitely worth it!
