Keep Me Asleep! I've been having problems staying asleep through the night and this has been helpful in keeping me asleep and achieving restful sleep. I wake up refreshed and without any fuzzy or "out of it" feeling.

I frequently have trouble sleeping and have found YAWN to really help me get to bed and stay asleep! I definitely notice waking up more energized and without groginess that frequently accompanies other sleep aides. I think it's unnecessary to take daily, but great for days where you just exercised before bed or had caffeine a little too late in the day.

Shockingly, not everyone’s bodies need melatonin assistance. For those of us that are helped by melatonin, Yawn is amazing. The added ingredients don’t make me feel depressed like straight melatonin does. I know it works because I feel more rested on the nights I take it even if I still wake up a couple times (this isn’t an Ambien after all) and the unique capsule never gives my belly any issues. Expensive, but worth it.

My husband is a 'toss and turn' sleeper. I bought the Yawn for him (and me). The product helps him (and me) sleep more peacefully. It doesn't give you any groggy after effects in the morning - unlike Benadryl type sleep aids. We have been using this supplement for about a year and are very happy with the effects. It's not something you must use every night, but a few times a week seems to be sufficient. We alternate this with sleepy time teas.
