“I was so disappointed! I don't know if it was defective or just a terrible frother. Once it hit the liquid it slowed to almost nothing. I even changed the batteries thinking they must be weak but still, no power at all. It made me wonder if HVMN even tried one of these before they shipped them out. Whoever you ordered them from needs to give you your money back!”
