“Honestly, I was quite shocked when I got these. although the ingredients are good, meaning clean, the taste is horrible, they are so bland and the size is literally 2 inc by 3 inches. Cost is way too high for these little bitty things. If I could have returned them I would have. The only one that was possible decent was the chocolate chip when you reached a piece of chocolate it was the saving grace for that bar. The rest are bland as bland can be. Shipping was another issue as they all arrived dripping with oil. The box and bars were soaked. I suspect possible due to heat, but I am not quite sure. I am not new to Keto-type bars and I would have to rate these at the bottom. I think they should go back to the drawing board with these. Although I like their mct products, I do not like any of these food bars.”
