“It’s hard to control for, but I think K-IQ is effective.
I use it every gym day(morning workouts, four days a week), and I assume it’s working. I also Fast every day for 16 to 18 hours, drinking black coffee in the morning. All these things factor into my results as much or more than the K-IQ.
I’m going to have to stop taking Ketone IQ after my first 90 days to see if there’s a difference now. (Maybe?)
I talk to my endocrinologist, and she said the majority of Keytone supplements are questionable. However, she does not know specifically about this one, and she said it was worth a try.
I gave it three stars because I really can’t be sure if it’s having a huge effect. Whatever it is, it is not life-changing, nor is it something that will undo the harmful effects of a bad diet, and not getting enough sleep every night to support activity.
That said, I do think it winds up being a bit of a net positive”
