“This stuff is great, but tastes vile.Shot first thing in the morning and skip breakfast. Strong energy into the afternoon. Take a shot about 30 minutes before a 30 mile bike ride. I feel much better at the end of the ride. Able to hold a higher pace for a longer time without as much fatigue.”
“I generally don't write reviews but I thought this would be informative for someone who do extreme sports. Flavor needs improvement but not horrible, great value. I just completed the Mammoth Gran Fondo bicycle ride 103 miles and 6500ft of climbing. This was by far one of the toughest rides I've completely. Ketone I Q gave me that extra boost to get me through the ride. My muscles recovered very quickly after using this product. I now use it for all of my distance rides.”
“I work nights and ketones is the best thing to drink for more energy, focus and mental awareness when having to drive one hour home! After a 12 hr shift. The best part is I can go straight home into bed and not worry about being wired up! Compared to taking energy drinks with focus”
“My initial thoughts are it works to some degree. 1 serving this a.m. and had a coffee type energy without any of the side effects or crash. I'm looking forward to the next week and a few 3+ hour rides to really get a good idea.
Tastes a little weird but not a deal breaker”
“Maybe I need more time on it, but kept up with daily doses and don’t really feel a boost in workout efforts or ease of intensity. Seems everyone is different and worth a try”
“I workout fasted but wanted a clean fuel source…this is it! I’ve never used ketones before this and I decided to give them a go after listening to a podcast. I was immediately sold.Brace yourself for the taste. It wasn’t pleasant. I made the mistake of smelling it prior to drinking it and honestly, that didn’t even prepare me. It’s like rubbing alcohol but with a hint of sweetness (monk fruit). It’s worth the taste, but have a chaser on standby.”
“Mental clarity/a boost of energy sans the pleasures/pains of caffeine. It could taste better, but perhaps the old adage is relevant: good medicine tastes bitter (in this case, literally!). In any case, adios coffee and green tea...I've found a pleasant substitute. No more am I a slave to hot morning drinks!”
