“Been using Ketone-IQ for about a month now. As another one of those unlicensed bio-hackers, my experience has taken some time to appreciate its benefits. There is more energy available particularly for several hours after consumption. Subjectively, this supplement seems to give my brain more energy to remain calmer and more focused during high cognitive activity and to a lesser degree for physical recovery after efforts. It also seems to benefit sleep quality when taken just before bed. I take half the recommended dose twice a day: equals one full dose almost dally.
Disclosure: I am in my middle 70's and long engaged in lengthening my health span to equal my life span. This requires a curious, open mind and a willingness to critically research and explore new ideas.
I don't like the use of the standard preservatives (potassium sorbate, etc), (though GRAS) in the product, but I think the risk of such is worth the benefits.”

“My pleasure to write a review as I feel guilty getting a refund. I am an intermittent faster who feels very focused when fasting. The one time I tried a keto diet, for the few days I was in ketosis my focus was laser sharp from the moment I woke all day long. I have tried the keto salts years ago during the fad where you could find them all over Walmart (while now it's no longer on the shelves) but never felt much difference during fasting. I always wanted to try the esthers but they cost too much and the reports were too negative about taste plus they were said to not last long.
My hope in trying Ketone-IQ was to experience a state of Flow and focus well. My wife and I both tried the product and could definitely feel a difference but it wasn't significant enough to be awe struck. While the ketone rise is supposed to last 4 hours we didn't feel much after 2.
I realize this product likely costs a lot to produce so if avg "biohacker" types like myself don't see much difference after consumption the economics dictates that the mkt is going to be limited to a select few who do find a notable difference enough to warrant the high price. What that mkt is I have no idea other than maybe elite athletes if they truly find it helps them say run longer marathons. “I purchased their original keto ester some time ago, and now I tried this version. Nope… did nothing. It is watered down so much, that it is pretty much useless in the recommended amount.I desperately needed this to work, since my body doesn’t do keto easily. The original worked like a charm! Obviously, if I use this in the quantities I would need, I would be in a poor house. No can do. If they bring back the concentrated version, I am first to buy it.”
“Surprisingly disgusting. Doubtful that Andrew Huberman ever drank this. This is coming from someone with a palette adjusted to drinking fish oil, eating freeze-dried organs, etc. for the sake of health. This is really next-level disgusting. A shuddering bitterness that stays with you all day. Like a cold plunge for your palette. Idk about the health benefits because I can't bring myself to drink it again.”
