“I'm into my second bottle of three and in my n-1 I see zero benefits fasted or unfasted, exercising or just in the office. It hasn't suppressed hunger rumbles (ghelrin) in the last third of longer (18+ hrs) fasts, there's no additional focus or "limitless" feelings, and certainly no lack of soreness that I can't attribute to just getting stronger in my training. It imparts a syrupy sweetness to my coffee in the morning, though I have to guess at the dosage since the cup doesn't have a 35mL line. Since I like my coffee black I don't think of that as a benefit, though.
If I measured my ketones would I see an increase? I bet so, I trust HVMN enough to believe what they're putting in the bottle. I'm just not seeing any of their performance hype so I'm not buying it again.”
