“I received my Ketone 2.0/IQ a few days ago and I'm IMPRESSED!!! I started with a blood ketone level of 0.6 mmol/L while 15 hours fasted, took 20ml's of the Ketone 2.0/IQ (under the recommended dosage of 35ml because I just had a bad experience with another brand that gave me a significant increase in HR) roughly 15-20 mins later, my blood ketones went up to 2.0 mmol/L with no weird side effects. You can definitely feel the increased mental focus, energy boost and at least for me, a curbed appetite. I'm not sure if this is related or just a coincidence, but according to my Whoop strap, I've also gotten a ridiculous increase in sleep, HRV and recovery. The past 2 nights, my recovery score was in the mid 90's when it was averaging about 50.
This is by far the best tasting esters I've tried. I'm not saying it taste good, but it's not bad and won't put hair on your chest or make you want to call poison control like some other brands.
