“This thing is pricy but honestly, it is the best body fuel you can get on the market. I test this over 5 h hard training and it was amazing. Of course, you need to keep up with the right protocol of consuming. My conclusion is if you are a triathlete, cyclist (events more than 2h) or doing any long endurance where nutrition is a key factor you are disadvantaged for not using it.

“I recently rode a 400K randonneuring event that had over 16k ft of climbing. I drank a bottle of HVMN ketone ester one hour prior to the ride. 22 hours later I finished the ride (about 2 hours longer than I would have liked due to technical issues) without having to ingest any goos or sugar-laden bars. The only “real” food that I ate were some homemade rice/miso balls covered in seaweed, a thin lentil hamburger, and some fruit along the way. My go-to for hydration was water and concentrated Infinit Tripwire. It’s hard to say for sure, but it seems the Ketone ester quickly got me into a fat-burning mode such that I was not needing to eat lots of traditional energy products to keep me going. I must say, I was surprised at how much energy I had during the entire course of the ride (even after a crash). Whether that was due to the HVMN is impossible for me to determine, but I can say for sure it didn’t hurt. I will be using it again on my next 240k ride in a couple weeks.”
