I have been on a keto diet for over 5 years. I'm 62 and hit the gym hard as well as the bike and mountain bike. I find that HVMN ketones work for me really well. It keeps the energy flowing and the focus sharp. The taste is ok. I can't say its great, but its not bad and not an issue. No digestive issues like you can get with coconut or MCT oil. My ketone levels measure 3 to 5 mm at the end of my workout. It's not cheap, but worth it in my opinion. If new to it, I would train with it and get a feel for it, and then use it in competition. I use it for general health and as a sports supplement I am so glad this product has been produced. I have not found an negatives

This is the best supplement ever!!!! It definitely kicks me in to ketosis quite quickly and I feel amazing.

Fantastic product for aiding in my long distance cycling events. I use HVMN Ketone before and after my events(if it’s reallg long I will use in the middle). On the front end it helps me reserve my glycogen stores and save my carbohydrates when it’s needed, it is truly like an independent food source that will give you an advantage. It is also my go to at the end of the event for recovery or even after a session of high intensity intervals. In the post workout/event it really helps with reducing inflammation and kick starting the recovery process so you can repeat day after day. The taste does take some getting used too, I place mine in the fridge or keep them in a cooler as I think it’s easier to drink while chilled. The taste isn’t so bad that you will have any issues with it from a GI standpoint, it sits very well on the stomach. It is a very useful tool for the endurance athlete and it will help change your training and race performance for the positive!

This stuff WORKS. You can literally feel the difference between the science in this vs other endurance supplements. Words don't do justice for what this stuff is. You NEED to try it to understand...

Had a chance to finally try them out this morning and wow! played hockey this morning just like a normal Friday which means up at 5:30, off to the rink and on the ice by 6:30. We generally go until 7:45 and I'll do this completely fasted consistent with my IF schedule (feeding window 12-8). On a normal day, I'll fatigue on each shift (1-2 minutes) and then notice a consistent decline in my endurance over the duration until the end which usually leaves me pretty drained. After drinking an entire bottle of the esters at about 5:45 today, I noticed the following effects: 1) While my intra-shift endurance seemed consistent with previous sessions, I recovered considerably faster and was ready to go on subsequent shifts with much less decline in endurance 2) My overall energy level remained remarkably consistent and for the first time in a long, long time, I finished the session today feeling like I could play another hour plus. It's possible that I didn't trust the increased recovery and paced myself too conservatively but a noticeable effect nonetheless. 3) There was definitely some kind of cognitive effect which could have been placebo or possibly even just a byproduct of not being as fatigued but I saw the ice, saw the plays develop, made great passes and great choices consistently and at a level that I felt was above my normal play. 4) It's still early but usually by now I'll start to notice the effect on my legs manifesting as soreness or fatigue but nothing yet today so maybe related or maybe I'll feel it later.

I like the fact that the taste is surprisingly good, and you feel the effects immediately. I'm an intermittent fasting boxer and power lifter. Getting into Keto can be difficult, but HVMN helps with both performance and kickstarting the keto process.

As a triathlete, I face a unique challenge -- "how do I balance a no/low carbohydrate diet and properly fueling for endurance sports in a way that drives performance?" At Ironman and Ironman 70.3 distances, this balance becomes increasingly more difficult to establish over a longer time horizon -- especially when, no matter how deep into ketone production you are, your body will still require carbohydrate supplementation at some point during your 3-5+ hour high intensity sessions. HVMN enables me to both be a 'keto triathlete' and not worry about getting 'kicked out' of Ketosis just because of one day of long training and carbohydrate supplementation. I swear by this stuff!

Today I was seriously on another level. After 2hrs had the next 1 1/2 bottles and then 20-30 mins later I was on!! Anyways I really noticed in the last 1hr of the race I just had that little extra energy and power on the climbs and without these 2 crashes and help from the team, I would have been up there with the first riders. Big thumbs up and now I’m all in for my actual main and only highlight of the year, Roubaix.Anyways either way I felt a massive difference today.
