That is an unreasonable ship time imo; especially since it’s being shipped within the USA. You might consider using a different shipping method-or offering different shipping. I would have paid extra to get it sooner. Furthermore, my package still hasn’t arrived and has been stuck in San Francisco for a week according to tracking. I tried calling the customer service number to find out what is going on with my package, and I got an answering machine. I called during business hours, and they suggested that I email or leave a message. I find this incredibly frustrating”
