“Ketone-IQ definately provides an energy boost. I'm paraplegic after a spinal cord injury and try to observe intermittant fasting (eating between noon and 6pm every day, an 18 hour fast) and a low carb diet. When pushing out the time a bit or after not having carbos or sugars for 18 to 20 hours I find an energy boost with Ketone-IQ. I'm hoping to learn more so as to maintain or refuse weight while being strapped to this chair.”
“I was skeptical for sure. But after trying it for the first time. I feel like all the claims are true! Most noteably when I am starting a keto cycle. Ketone-IQ immediately removes the usual "keto flu" symptoms.
I will say one thing for sure, it really doesn't taste good. But its no worse then a shot of vodka.
Would recommend giving it a shot at the very least.”
