“I like Ketone-IQ a lot. Besides the taste haha, but in the mornings it’s kinda nice to have an extremely bitter taste to wake up. I use it for both mental performance and physical energy. I prefer to take it on an empty stomach as I feel that it works better for me. If I’m being honest I like it more for the mental side of it. It doesn’t give the same rush as caffeine but it is a smooth mental edge that I experience. My mind isn’t racing, just a feeling of being cool, calm, and collected.
I sometimes take caffeine with it if I want an extra boost if I’m feeling tired (that is physically of course).
Another benefit I experience is it suppresses my appetite a ton and helps me feel energized with the lack of food. When I do take it on an empty stomach in the morning (around 5 am) I don’t feel hungry till about noon so I usually try to hold off and intermittent fast everyday.
Since I’ve been taking it I have leaned out (shed around 5 lbs) without changing my exercise program at all.
