I love using Keytone-IQ. It gives me a clean energy boost, allowing me to stay focused on important tasks. I also like using it as part of my recovery after long or hard workouts, instead of overeating or feeling the need to overeat to recover from hard effort days.

I love how I feel when I take my shot. I usually start my day with a shot and sometimes early afternoon take another shot for a refreshing energy boost!

Really love this stuff! Helps me stay sharp, focused, and energized while reducing some of my coffee intake. I've recommended it to teammates and friends who are high performers looking for a boost.

Don’t buy! Any benefits these drinks may provide are completely negated by the fact they taste like fruity battery acid.

Taste horrible but I do notice I'm not as hungry throughout the day. I'm using them on my run days and running fasted right now. Seem's to help with energy on my runs when I do not eat something prior.

This review is a little challenging. I am an above average 65 yr old male runner. I qualified and ran the 2024 Boston Marathon. I used Ketone-IQ during training an during the race. My race strategy was one shot just before the start of the race, one at 3 miles, GU at 6 miles, Ketone at 9, GU 12, ketone at 15, GU 17, 20 and 23. Gatorade endurance every hydration station. So total of 4 shots focused on first half+ of the race. In training I tried similar approach with Ketone at start of the run and then after about 3 miles. I also used Ketone IQ at night before going to bed to see if there was any impact to my sleep. I did not notice any particular bump in energy or alertness everytime I used Ketone IQ and I did not notice any impact on my sleep (as sleep score in Garmin Connect). I follow a mix of keto diet, intermittent fasting with occasional break during periods of peak activity. Ketone IQ did seem to benefit my intermittent fasting in lowering cravings and potentially kick starting ketosis. While I didn't notice much impact in my runs I did find that in those runs where I had Ketone IQ my recovery seemed much stronger often bouncing back quickly after the run. I also feel like Ketone IQ assisted in my endurance - mostly based on the change in recovery. I feel like Ketone IQ has very good potential as part of health and activity strategy, however it is expensive with some of the benefits being more challenging to put your finger on.
