“This is a very interesting product. I read about the recovery and the mental acuity aspects of it, but I’m also taking high doses of creatine so it’s hard for to differentiate its benefits on that level. What I did find very interesting and not aware of was how it helped me to maintain long fasts. I eat my last meal the night before at 6 pm, I wake up at 6 am to go to the gym to weight lift and run 5-6 miles. Before I do, I take my high dose of creatine and I take the 1.2 ounces of Ketone IQ. I come home and I don’t feel hungry after working out. I finally take a protein shake at 3 pm and eat dinner at 5 pm. Only because I need to maintain my protein to 200 grams per day or higher to lose body fat. So far I’ve done this for 7 days and I’ve lost about 3 pounds. No headaches from not eating, no cravings, no hunger pains. I only because I need to maintain my macros and calories for the day, not because I am craving food or feel hungry. I’ve never had that feeling before. I would have given it 5 stars, but the taste is challenging for me to drink straight. I need to chase it down with something, like drinking a tequila shot every morning. LoL”
