“I did not like the flavor or the addition of monk fruit. It already tastes terrible so I'd prefer it taste bad without the added sweetener. It definitely gives an energy boost but noticed s significant crash on days I took a shot first thing in the morning. I also feel the 70 calories broke my fast if I took it first thing in the morning and then didn't feel the product was as necessary to take after eating a meal.
Overral I'd highly suggest this product for you to try, your circumstances are likely different than my own and I am happy to say my trial of this product was fully refunded when I let them know it didn't meet my needs.”
