“Ketone-IQ definately provides an energy boost. I'm paraplegic after a spinal cord injury and try to observe intermittant fasting (eating between noon and 6pm every day, an 18 hour fast) and a low carb diet. “I was skeptical for sure. But after trying it for the first time. I feel like all the claims are true! Most noteably when I am starting a keto cycle. Ketone-IQ immediately removes the usual "keto flu" symptoms.
