“Theres something about these shot-sized bottle that screams style! I was quite a frequent user of the bigger bottles before, but I do admit that these shot bottles have its fair edge. I think the portability aspect of it is a big win. For example, in the previous bigger bottles, I’d used to take a shot at home before driving to gym or beach running track for 15 minute - 20 mins. I used to feel like I’d lost those unused ketone minutes of energy. But with the shot bottle sized, its fairly easy to bring one along and drink it there and then.
