“I do feel like this gave a really nice energy boost, but the taste!! It's like the foulest cherry cough syrup ever. This isn't the WORST tasting energy shot that I've ever tried, but it's up there. Ugh.I do love the logo aesthetic, the portability, the impact, and the ingredients, but I think that the flavour and pricing would need serious adjustment before I would ever repurchase.”

“My use of Ketone IQ generally consists of one bottle in the morning, following my morning coffee. On the days I use it, I notice a marked increase in energy, focus (WFH) and even curbing of my appetite. I feel that the product helps with intermittent fasting as well, as I will generally not eat until later afternoon on the days I take Ketone IQ in the morning. The taste is not the greatest, yet not terrible. Quite honestly, however, I don't use the product for great taste, I use it for great results. I've not experienced any negative effects such as jitters, digestive issues, etc. I feel the product is relatively expensive, generally speaking. At the same time, it seems the product is unique in terms of ingredients.”

“I'm really still in my initial evaluation of this Ketone product. Having not previously used any product like it, I had no basis for comparison to any supplements I've used.
A caveat to my comments is that I'm not your average user/runner in that I'm 84+ years old. However, I've been running roads and trails worldwide for 80+ years.
At first use, (a half bottle at about 7:00 a.m.), I experienced an immediate increase in energy - like a rush - along with a short lived disorientation (a couple of seconds). After that initial surprise, my body's reaction normalized and my dogs and I went out for our daily morning walk/run. During that walk, I experienced a bit more energy than usual; nothing significant, but enough to realize a minor energy boost that lasted about 4 hours.
My subsequent use, a half bottle, every other day, has been intermittent; and my body's reaction has remained similar; although not quite the same duration, i.e., effectively reducing to about 3 hours. (An added note, I have a cup of black coffee about an hour and a half after the half bottle of Ketone IQ+ Caffeine.)
I plan to continue using the remainder of my purchase. I may increase frequency and dosage; but have not yet made that decision.

“I tried my first energy shot this morning and found it to be stronger than my usual two cups of coffee, but with less of a jittery feeling. The energy lasted at least as long as the usual caffeine delivery systems, but the drop off wasn't as harsh as it wore off. I will definitely continue using the product and would suggest it. Far superior than the popular name brand energy shot, or worse, checkout aisle knock offs, this Ketone-IQ product seems much, much cleaner. That's a nice alternative to have.”
