I'm returning mine today. After four days I experienced bladder infection type symptoms. On fire peeing!! Please note this is not FDA approved. It says it on the box. Also google Ketone-IQ causes bladder infections:While taking Ketone-IQ does not directly cause bladder infections, it can increase urination, and some conditions that raise ketone levels are associated with urinary issues. It is important to distinguish between benign increases in ketones from supplements and dangerous levels associated with serious medical conditions like diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).How ketone supplements affect urinationIncreased urination: When your body is in ketosis, either through diet or by taking supplements like Ketone-IQ, the kidneys excrete more fluid and electrolytes. This can increase the frequency of urination.Potential irritation: The acidity of ketones, when present in high concentrations in the urine, can potentially cause irritation to the bladder lining. However, this is distinct from a bacterial infection.High ketone levels and urinary issuesConditions that can cause high ketone levels (ketonuria) and are associated with urinary problems include:Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA): This is a life-threatening complication of diabetes. It is a state of very high blood sugar and ketones. DKA can be triggered by an infection, including a urinary tract infection (UTI).Illness and infection: A serious illness or infection, like a UTI, can put the body under stress and lead to higher ketone levels as the body produces more stress hormones. In this case, the infection causes the increased ketones, not the other way around.Ketamine abuse: This is a distinct and severe condition called ketamine-induced cystitis, which causes inflammation and damage to the bladder. This is not caused by nutritional ketones from supplements. When to see a doctorWhile increased urination from a ketone supplement is normal, you should contact a doctor if you experience symptoms of a bladder infection, such as:Pain or a burning sensation while urinatingCloudy, dark, or foul-smelling urinePain in the lower back or abdomenA persistent and strong urge to urinate

I’ve been using Ketone-IQ + Caffeine and I can confidently say it works. The boost in focus and steady energy is noticeable, without the crash you get from coffee alone. What really stands out for me is the performance during my rides; my endurance feels stronger, recovery is smoother, and I can hold a higher pace for longer. Highly recommend !

65-year-old female still going strong. 5'3" 129ish lbs thanks to eating Keto and using Ketone IQ. I have been using Ketone IQ for about three years now, and it has been an absolute boon to my overall health, energy and brain power. I work as a server and bartender in a fast-paced upscale restaurant. Speedy, efficient multitasking is a must in my job and Ketone IQ has been a vital part of being able to stay on top of my service game. My job is the equivalent to a cardio/weightlifting cross fit work out that lasts five to seven hours, six days a week. I average between 15,000 to 25,000 steps a day, between my job and my home life. I start my day with the product and have a shot in my apron that I use about three hours into my shift. It gives me the “pop” I need to keep going and the best part is it doesn’t keep me awake at night.
