Ketone-IQ +Caffeine Shot Peach Reviews

4.3 Rating 135 Reviews
These shots definitely gave me a noticeable energy boost, but I did experience some jitters afterward. The mix of caffeine and ketones works well for a quick pick-me-up, but it might be a bit too much if you're sensitive to caffeine.

I ordered the Ketone Energy Shots with Caffeine - 100mg Green Tea Caffeine, 5g Exogenous Ketones, and B Vitamins - 24 On The Go Caffeine Shots - Fast Acting Energy Drink. There are a couple different boxes of these, and there is only 100 mg of caffeine in each one which for some people may not be enough and others it could be too much. They are tightly sealed, so they were a little bit difficult for me to get open. Taste is very subjective, but I don't like the taste of these at all. I could stomach them if they offered me a significant boost, but I'm finding right now I'm needing a little more caffeine. They are easy to take since it's just a small container, but like I said I don't really love the taste. I can't rate something too poorly based on taste since something I don't like someone else may love, but that is my two cents, thank you.

Perhaps it is clearer to others what they are getting, but I was not under the impression it would taste like super concentrated green tea with medicinal peach. The flavor seems very chemical-like, not reminding my taste buds at all of either green tea or peach. 100mg of caffeine definitely has perked me up the mornings I take these, but the flavor is hard to overpower with anything else. Best I can say is chug it and take a huge swig of water afterwards.

As someone that doesn't drink energy drinks of any kind, I got an energy boost of sorts after drinking one of these. Helped me get through training after a long day at work. Did make me have to poop almost immediately after drinking it though, but I've only had one so far.I got 2 big complaints though. First, it's the value. I'm sure that if I shopped around some, I'm able to find something similar in greater quantity. I can't justify the price for 6 small bottles.Secondly, would be the flavor. I can understand where the peach flavor comes in, but it's only an aftertaste. As best as I can describe it, it's got a heavy medicinal flavor. Glad it's a shot, because I would never be able to drink a full glass of this.

Ok I finally got the chance to test this product this afternoon. Prior to drinking the shot, my ketones were 0.3 and my glucose was 109. I drank the shot and set the timer for 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, my ketones went up to 1.3 and my glucose dropped to 85. That is an effective indicator that the product does what it says it does. My energy definitely increased as well. At the one hour mark, my ketones were 1.2 and glucose at 90.

I’m just learning how to take advantage of this product. So far it’s great in the morning before a workout, great mid workout, and very helpful in reducing brain fog midday. So far I haven’t found a time it wasn’t helpful at maximizing mind and body energy levels.

Yeah I don't know about these....got excited to see some low-caffeine shots for when I go on my runs but wow this stuff tastes gross. Smell - awful; taste - even worse. Imagine the smell of dirty feet and old peaches....that's how it smells. Now imagine the same thing, but soaked in old dirty sink water...that's the taste. Not a fan at all, and that was chilled. Directions say "drink 1-4 a day" but it's a 6 pack...that would be a whole 6 pack in 2 days....that's expensive and wasteful. If it takes that much to be beneficial, sounds like the dosage/size needs to be ramped up.
