“I was sent this cup after I ordered another cup that was $10 more. This was all they had in stock. The other cupcnever arrived. No sorry no heres your ten bucks back. They said I could keep both cups but but the other tracking number disappeared. Poor customer service. Won't buy again.”
“It’s definitely 100 percent leakproof but it doesn’t keep liquids as cold as my other tumblers (Stanley and Simple Modern)
The color is gorgeous though. And I really like how I can fold the straw down.”
“The tumbler color is beautiful. We received the tumbler & the seal must be broken because the tumbler was sweating. After 2 hours of my kiddo drinking out of it she said it tasted funny. I go to pour it out and the seal is very broken, there is water stuck in the cup and you can hear it when the cup is empty. I understand that things happen but I am still waiting for a response from customer service. Praying that make this right.”
