“On a positive note, it keeps the water very cold. I understand it is supposed to be heavy, like a weight, but it is bulky. The base is too big for a car and a golf cart cup holder. The siping part of the straw is too hard and narrow and could be made with a rubber cover to make it a little more comfortable.”
“Got three cups, love the bubblegum color but the one I got doesn’t close properly. Had multiple people try to screw it back on and it takes multiple tries. The exact cup different color doesn’t do this so I’m thinking it’s just the cup I received.
Also when the lid is closed properly you can’t suck out of the straw, super hard to get the water to flow through.”

Check whether the silicone under the suction nozzle is broken from the inside of the lid? 3. Is the silicone at the connection to the internal straw in the correct position, broken, or displaced? 4. Please check if the internal straw can be tightly inserted into the silicone hole of the lid. “The cup had a couple of scratches wasn’t happy about it, but it’s still a good cup. It keeps everything really cold, but I was disappointed in the scratches in of the cup. That’s all is still great for keeping things cool”
