“I bought this cup because I liked that it is spillproof. It is so convenient, it keeps your ice and drinks cold as heck. The ice last in the cup for like about 18 hours, but only because the refilled water was warm since where I live is so hot. Definitely recommend this cup!”
“You will NEVER get a response from their customer service. Tried 3 different emails, their website chat, by phone, by instagram, even tried contacting the CEO via instagram with no response. I have had to report them to the BBB and my credit card company. I will never be supporting this company again. I waited 2 months to receive a scratched up product with no way to get an exchange or refund. SCAM.”
