“The cup over all is great. It holds ice for a very long time and the size is fantastic. First time in the dishwasher, the bottom silicone piece that is glued on, came off. I immediately put it back on and it has been fine since (although I have not washed it in the dishwasher again). Shipping time to get the cup was too long. I did not get an update on shipping for 3 weeks and then it got delivered. There was no way for me to contact, I kept checking the status and it was stuck at a location for 3 weeks. Once I got the cup, all was fine with packaging.”
