“We love the cup but we do not know how to adequately clean the area around the straw. It gets buildup and mold and we cannot get the straw in the lid to come out to clean it. That is the major reason we stopped using camelbak products, we couldn’t adequately clean them.
Also, it took over a month from the date it was ordered to get the product.”

I am always on the go and this jug goes wherever I go. If you want a jug that doesn’t leak this is the one for you then. I also love the fact that you can see through the top so you can check on your ice. Speaking of ice WOW!! The ice lasts forever in it.. I did have bit of an issue when it came with a scratch on it but they were great to work with and we got it resolved.
