“The hydrojug is very nice. I was super excited to receive it BUT the lid doesn’t screw on properly. I have emailed the company and it has been a week and I haven’t heard back. I messaged them and they told me I have to email them and they would get back to me in 4 days…which never happened. So now I have my brand new hydrojug that I can’t use. It is super disappointing. Terrible customer service. Back to my Stanley.”
“The rubber on the top is already coming apart. When I washed the item in the dishwasher, the pink has faded already. I have contacted customer service and they haven't reached back out or anything and it has been at least a week or longer.”
