“I struggle at first to open lid but after receiving these tips i finally got it opened. They suggest opening the straw to release any suction, use hot water, and or a cloth to open the lid! You can also use the lifted straw to gently push the lid open. I been using my cup and I love it . I would have ice in my cup even after 24 hours and no leaks . I usually just throw it in my gym bag and go.”
