“This cup is absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't wait to use it, BUT....and this is a big one....the sticker they slapped on it will not come off. I have soaked it, tried vinegar, lemon juice, you name it. The darn thing will not come off. The top layer does, leaving another sticker below and it looks extremely crappy!”
“The product is great and I love the red color!! The overall experience of getting the water bottle was very negative. The only way to have contact is through email and it’s a 4 business day reply!! And then when you get a reply it’s a copy and paste response so I have no idea why it takes 4 days to not even be helpful. The water bottle shipping was delayed because you didn’t have the product. Why not send an email out telling people that? Instead of getting emails asking where their water bottle is. It honestly was frustrating and I won’t be buying online anymore. You need to put yourself in the customers shoes and think, if it was me how would I like this to be handled? And keeping the client informed is always the answer”
