“Super sad because this color was even more beautiful in person, but once I received the item and was getting ready to use it. I began to take the sticker off in the side and it ripped paint off from the cup. You guys should make the exchange process easier, I really want this cup but instead I have to return the cup wait for my money and then buy a new one!??”
