“The cup is really cute and I absolutely recommend Hydro jug The issue with my cop though is when I opened it up from the mail it had black scratches on it, which is really disappointing. They’re not enough, but they do affect the way the cup looks and they’re only a certain part of my cup. I was hoping to be in better condition when I got it out of the mail”
“I am very dissatisfied with this product. I received the product a week ago and the stars are already fading & peeling. There is a pencil mark on the cup that will not come off when I wash it. I am very disappointed.”

“I love that it has not leaked a drop in the 2 weeks I’ve had it. It keeps cold real well and is a cheerful looking bottle. However, it does get some black places from the rubber on my cup holder and marks very easily on my metal sink mat insert. I have been able to remove the marks with an abrasive cleaner so far. It’s easy to clean, and dishwasher friendly although I prefer to wash the bottle part myself. I do really like it, and I have been through all the water bottles!”
