“I’ve had this water bottle for 9 months and I have loved it until just now. I was holding the handle as I was unscrewing the top and the bottom part of the handle broke off. Then with very little force the top part came off when I pulled on it. Very disappointed about it and the water bottle is pretty much useless now without a handle since it is heavy and awkward to handle.”
“I bought this hydrojug in August of 2024. I'm upset because the handle broke when I was trying to open the lid. While turning the bottle the opposite way while trying to get the lid unscrewed it broke the handle on the bottom off. I've loved it other than that plus it leaks even when the straw is pushed down.”
